Power Hour Yoga Workout (Sculpt/HIIT fusion)

HIIT me up! Increase your strength, stability and flexibility with this fun yoga fusion workout. Traditional yoga poses are combined with drills and basic weight-bearing exercises to focus on core muscles - abs, glutes, legs - as well as upper-body strength. This is a fun way to do high intensity intervals (HIIT) with traditional yoga poses for stretching and strengthening. We use our own body weight, repetition, small props to get all muscles a little workout. Get it all done in one compact power hour!
