Beginner’s Intro/Gentle Hatha Yoga

This is a gentle Hatha yoga class that incorporates basic yoga poses, stretches and breathing. No experience necessary. Ideal for beginners or re-entry into wellness after injury!

Approachable for all. Recharge your batteries, learn to breathe, stretch and relax while learning the basic yoga poses (asanas).
